yogurt(curd)- Food for healthy immunity system

Curd is a diary product obtained by curdling of milk. Yogurt is most popular food item all over the world. It helps to improve digestion as well as strengthen your immunity system and act as a substitute for those who don't like to have milk. Curd also helps to lose weight and it should be the part of our daily routine. Curd is a good source of calcium, zinc, Vitamin and phosphorus. Curd is good for bones, teeth and stomach and also help to reduce stress. There are various types of curd like sour curd, sweet curd, hung curd and many more. Mixture of curd, Suji can be made at home and apply like a face pack to get glowing face. We can use curd in many ways like
 A bowl of fresh curd can be served in the morning  
We can use yogurt for salad dressing
We can make raita also by adding simple fruits and vegetables.
 We can also make lassi with the help of yogurt
 Curd contains acid content so we can say it will make a fabulous marinade. 
We can add sour curd in place of tomatoes to make rich and delicious gravy.
