Be smart about food-feel good about yourself

To lose weight most important thing that you should have only homemade food. For a long time, I used to think that dieting is all about starving and punishing yourself. Some people think that if they have to lose weight they have to go for diet. Do they really know the real meaning of diet? Diet is all about having right amount of food at right time. There is a big difference between dieting and starving.you can't lose weight or even survive by having only fruits, vegetables for whole day. To lose weight first you have to spend some time to understand your work and lifestyle and make sure you have something in every 2 hrs.you have to be very smart about food like use toned milk, low fat cheese, substitute sugar with brown sugar and so on. I believe that every food is good food and all contain nutrient and Acc to me weight is not the big issue. What is more important that you should feel good about yourself.
