when its all about being cheesy




Cheese is one of the most important and oldest food used in every eating field. It can be served alone or it can be mixed with the food served. Cheese is a food product made from pressed curd, milk or cream . But we can say that cheese is a great source of protein and calcium, zinc and vitamins., and  valued for its long duration it also helps in loosing weight. There are various types of cheese which we can find in market . Cheese if consumed in excess then it can transformed in lot of fats. There are various types of cheese like cheddar cheese , cottage cheese, cream cheese , feta cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese , ricotta cheese , romano cheese , swiss cheese. Cheese also helps in reducing fat and and some of the best types are mozzarella , parmesan and cottage cheese. Cheese is a very delicious and versatile food and more than 200 varities fall under the category of cheese
