Fitness means to live healthy- Mentally and physically


Healthy eating is based on three simple aspects- Balanced,moderate and variety.the most important meal of the day is breakfast so it should comprise of high protein and high fiber food like whole wheat bread, high fiber cereal,eggs,diary products. Food can also help to enhance your memory. fitness has different definition for different people .For teenagers fitness is all about having good stamina.for a house wife fitness all about not getting tired after all household work.Grandma will be fit only when she doesn't have aches or pain.For a healthy life one should start their day with a healthy breakfast followed by a light balanced lunch and then followed by non spicy dinner.This plan is like a foundation for a healthy living.It doesn't mean we can't have spicy or fast food but we should prefer home made food.
